Deep, Integrative Support for Your Mind, Heart & Nervous System – Rooted in Faith

Life can feel heavy at times.
Healing doesn’t come from forcing yourself or pretending everything is fine.

It grows through small, steady steps, taken consistently and intentionally – with support.

At the heart of my counselling work is a principle reflected in Surah Al-‘Asr: that faith, righteous action, truth, and patience guide us from hardship toward growth.

My belief in Allah shapes the way I practise. I believe that true grounding and wellbeing come from aligning our hearts with His guidance, while also tending to our emotional and nervous system needs.

My Counselling Approach

I work from an integrative therapeutic model, combining evidence-based psychology with spiritual awareness.

My approach may draw on:

  • Person-Centred Therapy
A safe, non-judgemental space where you are heard, seen, and understood.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Practical tools to gently shift patterns of thought and behaviour.
  • Psychodynamic Therapy
Exploring deeper roots, early experiences, and relational patterns.
  • Gestalt Therapy
Reconnecting with your body, emotions, and present-moment awareness.
  • Nervous System Awareness
Supporting regulation, safety, and emotional balance.
  • Faith & Spiritual Integration
When appropriate and welcomed, integrating worship, reflection, and alignment with Allah into emotional healing.

This combination supports deep, lasting change, rather than surface-level coping.

A Small-Steps Approach to Lasting Change

Healing does not need to be overwhelming.

In our work together, we move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, focusing on small steps that build over time.

This process may involve:

•

Identifying what feels heavy or stuck

•

Understanding the deeper why – and where it began

•

Choosing one achievable step

•

Building momentum with ongoing support, compassion, and grace for where you are right now

•

Gently shifting emotions, thoughts, and behaviour

•

Strengthening clarity, grounding, and self-trust

Is Counselling Right for You?

Counselling may be a good fit if you:

  • want a confidential, reflective space
  • are open to exploring emotional patterns
  • need support with mental and emotional wellbeing
  • value faith-aligned, ethically grounded care
If you are seeking behavioural strategies only, group learning, or educational support, a workshop or Course may be a better starting point.

Ready to Take the First Step?

You don’t need to have everything worked out to begin.
