  • recognise your child’s emotional needs more clearly
  • shift from instinctive reactions to intentional responses
  • parent with greater calm, compassion, and confidence

Rooted in relational understanding and faith-aligned reflection, this workshop is ideal if you’re noticing repeated patterns and want to respond differently – without guilt or self-judgement.

You’ll begin to see how common behaviours like backtalk, resistance, shutdown, or lack of cooperation are often responses to the emotional climate around them – and how shifting your own response changes everything.
