Work With Me 1:1
Personalised, Relational Support – Grounded in Faith, Presence & Understanding
Sometimes learning alone isn’t enough.
You may understand what you want to do differently – but find it hard to apply consistently when emotions, triggers, and real life take over.
Working with me 1:1 offers a contained, relational space to slow down, reflect, and receive personalised support – tailored to you, your family, and your season of life.
This work is grounded in faith, nervous system awareness, and relational understanding, and always approached with compassion and respect.

Two Ways to Work Together
There are two distinct 1:1 pathways, depending on the kind of support you’re looking for.

Parent Coaching
For parents seeking guidance, reflection, and change in how they show up
Parent coaching is future-focused and relational.
It supports you to:
- understand and shift reactive patterns
- regulate your nervous system
- strengthen connection with your child
- parent in alignment with your faith and values
This work often includes:
- emotional regulation
- inner child and generational awareness
- relational parenting skills
- reflection and integration
Coaching is ideal if you are:
- feeling stuck or reactive
- ready to reflect and grow
- seeking support for parenting challenges
- wanting guidance rather than clinical treatment
Counselling
For emotional support, healing, and mental wellbeing
Counselling offers a confidential, therapeutic space to explore:
- emotional distress or overwhelm
- anxiety, low mood, or stress
- trauma, grief, or loss
- identity shifts and life transitions
Counselling may be more appropriate if:
- you’re seeking emotional healing rather than guidance
- you need space to process past experiences
- you want ongoing therapeutic support
- you’re navigating complex mental or emotional challenges
This work is ethically grounded and paced according to your needs.

Which One Is Right for Me?
f you’re unsure, here’s a simple way to think about it:
Choose coaching
if your focus is parenting, patterns, and how you show up day-to-day.
Choose counselling
if your focus is emotional healing, mental wellbeing, or processing difficult experiences.
If you’re still unsure, starting with a workshop or Course may help clarify what you need
or you’re welcome to reach out with questions.
A Gentle Invitation
You don’t need to know exactly what you need to begin.
What matters is that you don’t have to carry everything alone.
Whether through coaching or counselling, this work offers space to breathe, reflect, and move forward with intention.
